How to wear & remove

1) TO PREPARE:

Make sure your chest is completely dry and free of any lotions, perfumes, oils and creams, as it may affect the stickiness of your Boob-aid.

We recommend having a shower prior to application to ensure that your skin is completely clean. Alternatively, you can use a body wipe (not alcohol wipes) to wipe your chest down.

2) TO POSITION YOURSELF:

We recommend standing in front of a mirror when applying Boob-aid to assist in positioning, and ensuring symmetry, for your breasts. If your hair is longer than shoulder length, it is advisable to tie your hair up as it may get caught on the adhesive of Boob-aid during application.

3) TO APPLY:

Starting with one of your breasts, slowly peel off the plastic protector on one of the pair of Boob-aid. Keep the plastic protector somewhere safe, as you will need it again when storing Boob-aid away for future use.

Using both hands, with the adhesive strap pointing upwards, place the bottom of the round silicone section of Boob-aid on your underboob, and slowly lift your breast up to the preferred height you would like it to sit on your chest. Once you are happy with the height and position, slowly press the adhesive strap down on your chest, firmly sticking it against your skin.

Facing yourself in the mirror, repeat on your other breast, trying to achieve symmetry on both sides.

Note: Try not to repeatedly peel Boob-aid off for re-positioning, as this may weaken the adhesive over time.

4) TO REMOVE:

Slowly peel Boob-aid off your chest from top to bottom, starting to peel downwards using the adhesive strap. Ensure you remove it slowly to avoid the adhesive staying stuck to your skin, which may lead to damaging Boob-aid and causing abrasion on your skin.

Note: Do not use hot water to remove Boob-aid as it may weaken the adhesive.

5) TO STORE:

After removing Boob-aid, you can either:

- Cover the adhesive areas with the plastic protectors and store it away in the Boob-aid dust bag. OR

- Wash it straight away after each use to wash off any oil, sweat and dirt build up, and leave it aside to dry. When dry, cover the adhesive with the plastic protectors and store it away in the Boob-aid dust bag. Please refer to How to wash & store for more detailed instructions.
